Product Photography That Elevates Your Brand
Strong product photography doesn’t just make your items look good - it builds trust, drives clicks, and turns browsers into buyers. Whether you’re a small business owner updating your website or a larger company launching a new line, I’ll work with you to create clean, compelling images that reflect the quality of your products and the heart of your brand.
In the Summer of 2025, I started a new series called, “Local Spotlight” with the goal of providing local product based businesses unique social media content. The first Decatur Alabama based business to be featured was “Mel’s Sweet Treats” on Grant Street.

Why Work With a Pro?
Professional product photography is more than just pointing a camera. Lighting, composition, styling, and consistency all play a role in how your products are perceived. My background in portrait and event photography helps me understand how to capture not just objects—but emotion, purpose, and style. With each shoot, my goal is to help you connect with your customers in a more meaningful way.
In 2018, I helped a local tactical subscription box company in Cullman, AL create content for their Facebook and Instagram pages. Some examples of this work are shown below. At the time, I also created my own alternate social media pages (Tactical Photo Guy) for dual promotion purposes of the products.

Top 3 Things to Consider When Hiring a Product Photographer
1. Experience with Lighting and Styling
Good lighting can make or break a product image. Look for someone who understands how to shape light and bring out texture, color, and detail—whether it’s a shiny bottle, textured fabric, or packaged goods.
2. Consistency in Editing
Your product photos should look like they belong together. A professional photographer will deliver images with consistent tones, cropping, and quality across the board—ideal for websites, catalogs, and social feeds.
3. Understanding of Branding
Product photos should do more than show what something looks like. They should tell a story. Choose a photographer who takes time to learn your brand and can help bring its personality to life through thoughtful composition and detail.
If you don’t need the fancy backdrops and lighting, I can do simple white setups too!
